Our firm was founded in 1990 and is one of the
most experienced firms in Curry County, New Mexico.
Currently consisting of two attorneys, we also have a very
experienced legal support team including two legal assistants and
one part-time staff member.
We are a client oriented firm that provides legal services to
many individual clients and businesses in eastern New Mexico and
surrounding areas as well as many of our local small and mid-sized
businesses. We have a
regional (Eastern New Mexico and West Texas) business estate
planning, probate and tax law practice.
We have recently established an active wind energy practice
representing landowners and developers in this evolving area.

The firm does not practice in the criminal or
family law areas or handle debtor bankruptcy cases.
